Prepare the Package
Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return packing slip inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
